Product Guarantee – GuardBoxer

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every new customer is covered by a 60-day guarantee from the date of delivery. If GuardBoxer fails to deliver the absorbency we promise within that period, you can make a claim.

After reviewing your case, we'll provide one of the following, at our discretion:

• A full refund of the purchase price, or
• A free replacement set

Whichever applies, you keep everything you've already received — nothing needs to be returned.

How a Claim Is Reviewed

To assess a claim, we ask for a short, clear video showing insufficient absorption. The video should:

• Show water poured slowly onto the absorbent layers (70ml total)
• Spread that liquid over at least 3 minutes
• Work out to roughly 5ml every 18 seconds (about a teaspoon)
• Clearly show any leakage or overflow

This lets us tell the difference between a genuine product defect and a volume that's simply beyond what any garment is built to hold. Once the review is complete, we'll honor the guarantee accordingly. The guarantee can be claimed once per order.

Sizing & Exchanges

Exchanges are available for unopened, unworn products, free of charge. To land on the right size the first time, measure your waist circumference and match it to our size guide.

Cancellation After Shipping

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you cancel after your order has shipped, your refund is issued once the item reaches us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise. There are no flat cancellation fees.
